En este trabajo se han sintetizado nuevos derivados de ap4 sustituidos en las posiciones 2, 3 y\/o 4, de utilidad en el estudio de la actividad biol\u00f3gica de los receptores mencionados. Para la preparaci\u00f3n de los derivados de ap4 en forma enantiom\u00e9ricamente pura se han estudiado dos metodolog\u00edas sint\u00e9ticas, que hacen uso de (1) las reacciones de adici\u00f3n conjugada de \u00e9teres de bislactima derivados de ciclo-[d-val-gly] o ciclo-[d-val-ala] sobre vinilfosfonatos y (2) los procesos de sustituci\u00f3n electr\u00f3fila sobre \u00e9teres de bislactima derivados de ciclo-[d-val-l-ap4]. Las reacciones de adici\u00f3n conjugada transcurren con excelente selectividad 2,5-trans, y la inducci\u00f3n asim\u00e9trica en la posici\u00f3n 1\u00c2\u00bf de los productos depende de la estructura del \u00e9ter de bislactima y la sustituci\u00f3n del vinilfosfonato. Las reacciones de sustituci\u00f3n mencionadas transcurren regioselectivamente en la posici\u00f3n alfa al grupo fosfonato, con retenci\u00f3n de la configuraci\u00f3n del precursor. La configuraci\u00f3n relativa de los nuevos derivados de ap4 se determin\u00f3 mediante difracci\u00f3n de rayos x sobre los compuestos cristalinos o mediante su transformaci\u00f3n en
