La banda de 26 mhz, est\u00e1 atribuida por la uit a la radiodifusi\u00f3n internacional, para lo que se vale de la propagaci\u00f3n por onda ionosf\u00e9rica. Sin embargo, se necesita una alta ionizaci\u00f3n de la ionosfera para conseguir una transmisi\u00f3n fiable, hecho que no ocurre habitualmente. Es por ello que esta banda tiene una baja utilizaci\u00f3n. Desde el consorcio drm, con el objetivo de dar utilidad a esta banda, se propuso cambiar su uso y emplearla para radiodifusi\u00f3n local, de un modo similar al que se usa actualmente la radio en fm.  el objetivo principal de esta tesis es evaluar la viabilidad de drm en la banda de 26 mhz para cobertura local. El estudio se basa en las medidas llevadas a cabo en dos campa\u00f1as de medidas realizadas en ciudad de m\u00e9xico y brasilia. Dado lo novedoso de esta aplicaci\u00f3n a\u00fan no existen herramientas de planificaci\u00f3n, por lo que el siguiente objetivo de la tesis trata sobre el c\u00e1lculo de los par\u00e1metros necesarios para definir estas herramientas. Sin embargo, y debido a la amplitud del problema, en esta tesis no se plantea como objetivo calcular todos los par\u00e1metros, sino que el estudio se circunscribe a tres \u00e1reas, los umbrales de recepci\u00f3n, el factor de correcci\u00f3n por tiempo y el factor de correcci\u00f3n por localizaciones. Estos dos \u00faltimos vienen definidos por la variaci\u00f3n del campo recibido en funci\u00f3n del tiempo y la variaci\u00f3n del campo en funci\u00f3n de las ubicaciones, que han de ser estudiados
