En primer lugar se ha evaluado, una secuencia sint\u00e9tica in\u00e9dita basada en la metilenaci\u00f3n medida por titanio de una serie de n-acilamidas y la posterior reacci\u00f3n de ring-closing metathesis de las enamidas lineales resultantes. Esta secuencia se ha aplicado con \u00e9xito en la construcci\u00f3n de enamidas c\u00edclicas sencillas fusionadas con el benceno.   en segundo lugar se evaluaron dos tipos de reacciones intramoleculares de radicales 2-indolilacilo. Por un lado se analizaron ciclaciones 7-endo y 8-endo sobre alquenos enlazados a la posici\u00f3n 3 del n\u00faclo ind\u00f3lico a trav\u00e9s de un \u00e1tomo de nitr\u00f3geno. Estas ciclaciones han permitido acceder a los sistemas tric\u00edclicos de azepinoindol y azocinoindol presentes en los alcaloides ind\u00f3licos mersicarpina y aparicina respectivamente.  por otro lado se investigaron ciclaciones de tipo 6-exo y 6-endo sobre tetrahidropiridinas regioisom\u00e9ricas unidas a la posici\u00f3n 3 del indol con la finalidad de acceder al sistema tetrac\u00edclico con puente de 1,5-metanoazocino [4,3-b] indol caracter\u00edstico de los alcaloides strychnos y del grupo de la uleina. Estas ciclaciones han permitido el desarrollo de nuevas s\u00edntesis de la isodasicarpidona y 20-epidasicarpidona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
