{"id":91459,"date":"2018-03-11T10:10:12","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/papel-del-sistema-cannabinoide-cerebral-en-la-hiperfagia-diabetica\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:10:12","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:10:12","slug":"papel-del-sistema-cannabinoide-cerebral-en-la-hiperfagia-diabetica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/metabolismo-energetico\/papel-del-sistema-cannabinoide-cerebral-en-la-hiperfagia-diabetica\/","title":{"rendered":"Papel del sistema cannabinoide cerebral en la hiperfagia diabetica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Cristina Diaz Asensio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Uno de los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes de la diabetes mellitus, es el apetito intenso, es decir la hiperfagia diab\u00e9tica, pero todav\u00eda  no se conocen los mecanismos cerebrales que la regulan (hiperfagia);  por otra parte, el sistema endocannabinoide, es uno de los principales reguladores del apetito en el cerebro, por lo que la hip\u00f3tesis de este trabajo es establecer las alteraciones que induce la diabetes tipo 1 en el sistema endocannabinoide cerebral en ratas. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo, se realizaron experimentos de western blot e inmunohistoqu\u00edmica, para medir la expresi\u00f3n del receptor cb1 y el grado de fosforilaci\u00f3n del mismo, en animales sanos y diab\u00e9ticos (sprawe dawley). A los animales diab\u00e9ticos se les indujo qu\u00edmicamente la diabetes, por una inyecci\u00f3n de estreptozotocina, f\u00e1rmaco que destruye las c\u00e9lulas beta pancre\u00e1ticas. Adem\u00e1s de medir los niveles s\u00e9ricos de leptina en ambos grupos de animales, por la t\u00e9cnica de elisa. La expresi\u00f3n del receptor cannabinoide cb1 la diabetes tipo 1 induce en la rata un aumento significativo de los niveles de receptor cb1 a nivel de estriado e hipot\u00e1lamo, sin cambios en la corteza cerebral y el hipocampo, as\u00ed como un aumento significativo de la densidad regional de c\u00e9lulas nerviosas inmunomarcadas para el receptor cb1 en el estriado, y m\u00e1s concretamente en el caudado-putamen y el globus pallidus, sin cambios en hipot\u00e1lamo, hipocampo y corteza cerebral. En cuanto a los niveles de leptina, la concentraci\u00f3n de leptina en los animales diab\u00e9ticos es pr\u00e1cticamente indetectable; adem\u00e1s de comprobar la hipoglucemia que sufren, as\u00ed como la disminuci\u00f3n de su peso corporal. Estos resultados indican el posible papel del receptor cb1como diana farmacol\u00f3gica potencial para el manejo cl\u00ednico de la hiperfagia diab\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
