El trabajo combina los resultados de biomarcadores convencionales y la identificaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas afectadas por los contaminantes por t\u00e9cnicas prote\u00f3micas. las dos primeras partes de la tesis establecen la utilidad de las esterasas como biomarcadores espec\u00edficos de los efectos de plaguicidas organofosforados y carbamatos, y su aplicaci\u00f3n en el entorno de do\u00f1ana. la tercera parte, analiza los efectos in vivo de la exposici\u00f3n de p. Clarkii a dos plaguicidas modelo, clorpirifos y carbaril, integrando los resultados de una bater\u00eda de biomarcadores bioqu\u00edmicos convencionales y las respuestas prote\u00f3micas. la cuarta parte, se centra en el estudio integrado de do\u00f1ana y su entorno, a lo largo de cuatro campa\u00f1as de muestreo sucesivas, combinando todas las t\u00e9cnicas disponibles, logrando establecer
