{"id":91594,"date":"2009-09-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-09-02T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/valor-predictivo-pronostico-de-la-expresion-de-proteina\/"},"modified":"2009-09-02T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2009-09-02T00:00:00","slug":"valor-predictivo-pronostico-de-la-expresion-de-proteina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/cordoba\/valor-predictivo-pronostico-de-la-expresion-de-proteina\/","title":{"rendered":"Valor predictivo-pronostico de la expresion de proteina"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Javier Ordas Bustamante <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo hemos estandarizado, en primer lugar, las t\u00e9cnicas de detecci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna codificada por el oncog\u00e9n c-erbb-2, la prote\u00edna her-2, utilizando m\u00e9todos inmunohistoqu\u00edmicos, y el n\u00famero de copias del gen utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de hibridaci\u00f3n \u00abin situ\u00bb cromog\u00e9nica. Para ello hemos empleado una sonda de adn y un anticuerpo policlonal comercial desarrollado frente al gen y a la prote\u00edna humana. Despu\u00e9s, hemos analizado la expresi\u00f3n la expresi\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna en muestras de tejido de 254 neoplasias mamarias caninas pertenecientes a 84 perras y 29 neoplasias mamarias felinas pertenecientes a 29 gatas, y por \u00faltimo, hemos evaluado las relaciones entre las alteraciones del gen c-erbb-2 y diversos factores indicativos del comportamiento biol\u00f3gico de las neoplasias malignas, as\u00ed como la relaci\u00f3n entre la alteraci\u00f3n del gen c-erbb-2 y  la hormonodependencia de las neoplasias.  los resultados indican que hay alteraciones a nivel de la prote\u00edna her-2 (expresi\u00f3n anormalmente alta o sobreexpresi\u00f3n)  en los tumores malignos de ambas especies dom\u00e9sticas. As\u00ed, el 28% de las neoplasias malignas caninas y el 41% de las neoplasias malignas felinas analizadas sobreexpresaron la prote\u00edna her-2. La sobreexpresi\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna her2 no se debe a la amplificaci\u00f3n del gen en la perra ni, probablemente, en la gata.  en las neoplasias malignas caninas y felinas, la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna her-2 fue m\u00e1s frecuente entre los animales con periodos libres de enfermedad m\u00e1s cortos y entre los tumores de mayor grado histol\u00f3gico de malignidad, y sin receptores hormonales, todos ellos factores pron\u00f3sticos desfavorables. Por el contrario, la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna her-2 fue independiente de la edad, la localizaci\u00f3n, el n\u00famero de neoplasias del animal y las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas de su historia reproductora: ovariectom\u00eda, tratamiento farmacol\u00f3gico para controlar el estro, partos previos y pseudogestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
