Demostramos que las c\u00e9lulas t cd4+ espec\u00edficas del citomegalovirus humano pueden expresar diferentes receptores nk, y que el receptor lectina de tipo c nkg2d se expresa en c\u00e9lulas citot\u00f3xicas y de memoria, potenciando la proliferaci\u00f3n y la secreci\u00f3n de citoquinas dependiente del tcr. La segunda parte de esta tesis se centra en el estudio de la expresi\u00f3n de receptores cd94\/nkg2 en c\u00e9lulas nk. Mostramos como la expresi\u00f3n de cd94\/nkg2a se induce en c\u00e9lulas cd94\/nkg2c+ estimuladas con il-12 o cultivadas con c\u00e9lulas dendr\u00edticas infectadas por el citomegalovirus humano, y que la expresi\u00f3n de cd94\/nkg2a inhibe la respuesta de clones nk cd94\/nkg2c+ frente a dianas hla-e+, constituyendo un posible mecanismo de feedback negativo para controlar la activaci\u00f3n celular. En resumen, nuestros resultados demuestran que la expresi\u00f3n de los receptores lectina de tipo c nkg2 puede ser modificada durante las infecciones v\u00edricas constituyendo un posible mecanismo
