Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En celulas cultivadas de neuroblastoma humano (sh-sy5y) el carbacol estimula la actividad fosfolipasa d a traves de receptores muscarinicos m1, efecto que esta mediado por una proteina g dependiente de calcio y por proteina quinasa c. La estimulacion muscarinica de la fosfolipasa d no solo contribuye a la formacion de acido fosfatidico sino tambien a la de 1,2-diacilglicerol. Los antagonistas de calmodulina, el calmidazol y la trifluoperazina, estimulan la actividad basal de la fosfolipasa d. Sin embargo, el calmidazol inhibe la activacion de la fosfolipasa d inducida por el carbacol, lo cual indica que estos antagonistas de calmodulina ejercen sus efectos sobre la fosfolipasa d a traves de diferentes mecanismos.  en celulas sh-sy5y los esteres de forbol, a traves de la activacion de la proteina quinasa c, no solo estimulan la fosfolipasa d sino tambien la actividad diacilglicerol quinasa. Tambien en celulas cultivadas de neuroblastoma de rata x glioma de raton (ng 108-15), los esteres de forbol estimulan la fosfolipasa d via proteina quinasa c.  cuando estas celulas se cultivan en presencia de distintos acidos grasos, se observa que el acido linolenico aumenta la actividad foslipasa d estimulada por los esteres de forbol. La disminucion del numero de receptores de somatostatina inducida mediante hiperamonemia revierte bloqueando los receptores de benzodiazepinas.
