A continuaci\u00f3n, una vez perfilados aspectos legislativos influyentes en su evoluci\u00f3n posterior, se aborda la tem\u00e1tica del consumo desde un punto de vista social, pasando a relacionar aspectos del consumerismo con objetivos del tema transversal educaci\u00f3n del consumidor en la etapa de eso. Entre los contenidos de este tema transversal se abordan, a su vez,  los relativos a ocio y tiempo libre, con la intenci\u00f3n de vislumbrar dimensiones y potencialidades educativas de tratamiento en los centros de secundaria.                en la parte pr\u00e1ctica de esta tesis, se explicita la metodolog\u00eda de la investigaci\u00f3n llevada a cabo y aplicada en centros de secundaria, dirigida a la obtenci\u00f3n de conocimiento procedente de los colectivos de profesores, alumnos y padres. Asimismo, se recogen los an\u00e1lisis de contenido y matrices obtenidas, junto a la presentaci\u00f3n \u00faltima de unas conclusiones.
