Se parti\u00f3 para ello de una disoluci\u00f3n acuosa de \u00e1cido ox\u00e1lico y anilina, con nanopart\u00edculas dispersas en ella. El proceso de s\u00edntesis comprende el anodizado del aluminio, la electropolimerizaci\u00f3n de la anilina y la incorporaci\u00f3n de las nanopart\u00edculas por electroforesis en la capa en un solo paso. De igual modo, se obtuvieron recubrimientos de anodizado con solo polianilina, con solo nanopart\u00edculas de tio2, y sin pol\u00edmero ni nanopart\u00edculas, que permitieron estudiar la influencia de cada uno de los componentes. La caracterizaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica de los recubrimientos, tanto en superficie como en secci\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 mediante sem-eds, afm y tem, mientras que su composici\u00f3n fue analizada mediante eels, gdoes, xps y atr-ftir. Junto con este an\u00e1lisis morfol\u00f3gico composicional, los cronoamperogramas del proceso de s\u00edntesis, las micrograf\u00edas tem y an\u00e1lisis atr-ftir de los recubrimientos con diferentes tiempos de proceso, y las medidas de potencial zeta y tama\u00f1o de las nanopart\u00edculas en dispersi\u00f3n, permitieron establecer un modelo de crecimiento y estructura de la capa. La protecci\u00f3n frente a la corrosi\u00f3n conferida por los diferentes recubrimientos desarrollados a la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio 2024t3 fue estudiada mediante t\u00e9cnicas electroqu\u00edmicas de barridos potenciodin\u00e1micos y espectroscop\u00eda de impedancia, y ensayos acelerados de exposici\u00f3n de niebla salina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
