Sol <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El enzima b-galactosidasa fue purificado de la fraccion soluble del micelio de aspergillus nidulans 2.3. Se realizo la caracterizacion cinetica y fisicoquimica del enzima y se obtuvieron anticuerpos policlonales frente al mismo. B-galactosidasa es una glicoproteina que en condiciones nativas presenta un pm de 450.000 da y en condiciones desnaturalizantes esta formado por subunidades de 120.000 y 97.000 da. Tanto el enzima formado en presencia de tunicamicina como el digerido con endo-h presentan la misma movilidad electroforetica que el enzima no tratado, lo que permite, lo que permite descartar la presencia de n-carbohidratos en su molecula.  la naturaleza del carbohidrato podria ser de tipo o-glicosidico. Estudios de localizacion inmunocitoquimica de b-galactosidasa en las hifas de a.Nidulans 2.3.
