Adem\u00e1s se muestra que tll activa indirectamente a sus genes dianas hunchback y brachyenteron a trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo de represi\u00f3n de represores y que el factor de transcripci\u00f3n knirps (kni) es uno de los intermediarios entre tll y estos dos genes diana. Los resultados favorecen la idea de que tll act\u00faa exclusivamente como represor transcripcional durante las primeras etapas del desarrollo de drosophila. tambi\u00e9n se confirma que el mecanismo de acci\u00f3n de tll est\u00e1 mediado por su uni\u00f3n directa al adn y por interacciones con los factores correpresores atro y bks que implican a su dominio de uni\u00f3n a ligandos. Adem\u00e1s se proporciona una clara evidencia de que atro y bks tambi\u00e9n median la funci\u00f3n represora de knirps, huckebein y hairy, mientras que snail act\u00faa, al menos parcialmente, de
