Buensuceso <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los farmacos antiarritmicos del grupo i (fai) producen vasodilatacion e hipotension, que puede ser grave cuando se administran por via intravenosa. Se ha estudiado por ello la capacidad de alguno de ellos (propafenona, quinidina, quinina, imipramina, desipramina, flecainida, mexiletina, disopiramica, lidocaina) para bloquear el canal de ca de tipo l en preparaciones vasculares aisladas. Todos los farmacos estudiados presentaban esta capacidad. Quinidina rsulto mas potente que su enantiomero quinina, lo que sugiere que el bloqueo del canal de ca2+ es estereoselectivo. En cuanto a sus caracteristicas de bloqueo, los efectos inhibidores de las contracciones inducidas por altas concentraciones de kc1, por quinidina y quinina, presentaron dependencia del tiempo de despolarizacion, aunque solo quinidina presentaba dependencia de voltaje. Quinidina y quinina se comportan como antagonistas competitivos de receptores alfa 1b y\/o alfa 1d, pero no de los alfa 1a, a concentraciones &lt;10-4m, a las que tampoco interfieren las respuestas a et-1 y 5-ht.
