{"id":92033,"date":"2009-03-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-03-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/identificacion-de-expresion-de-genes-mediante-raman\/"},"modified":"2009-03-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2009-03-03T00:00:00","slug":"identificacion-de-expresion-de-genes-mediante-raman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/inmunopatologia\/identificacion-de-expresion-de-genes-mediante-raman\/","title":{"rendered":"Identificacion de expresion de genes mediante raman"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Joel Joshi Otero <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La cuantificaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica en c\u00e9lulas vivas mediante mecanismos no invasivos, posee una gran importancia para la biomedicina y la medicina cl\u00ednica dado que est\u00e1n aumentado exponencialmente la identificaci\u00f3n de genes implicados en patolog\u00eda humana. a pesar del incremento en la precisi\u00f3n de las herramientas de que disponemos para evaluar la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica in vitro, no existe un avance paralelo para evaluarla in vivo. la espectroscopia raman permite obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre las caracter\u00edsticas qu\u00edmicas y estructurales de las muestras en base a las caracter\u00edsticas de la radiaci\u00f3n dispersada inel\u00e1sticamente por las mismas en respuesta a un haz incidente. la espectroscopia de raman esta siendo utilizada experimentalmente en diversos campos de la biomedicina incluyendo la discriminaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas tumorales. En este trabajo proponemos sentar las bases para utilizarla en la identificaci\u00f3n de las diferencias que provoca en c\u00e9lulas vivas la expresi\u00f3n de un detenninado gen. la sobrexpresi\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna verde fluorescente (gfp) en c\u00e9lulas de la l\u00ednea hek293ft, conduce a la aparici\u00f3n de picos detectables mediante espectroscopia raman de infrarrojo
