Misericordia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se han sintetizado dos familias de receptores ciclofanicos formados por dos unidades de 3,6-diaminoacridina (proflavina) unidas por una o dos cadenas laterales aromaticas (orto- o meta-xileno) o diacetilenicas (2,4-hexadiino). Los receptores ciclo-bis-intercalandos son ciclofanos con una geometria de tipo \u00abcaja\u00bb que presentan una cavidad lipofilica capaz de complejar sustratos planos. Los ensayos preliminares en este sentido han dado resultados positivos. Los receptores bis-intercalandos unen las dos unidades de proflavina por una sola cadena lateral aromatica o diacetilenica, presentando una estructura de tipo \u00abpinza\u00bb. Sobre estos compuestos se han realizado estudios de interaccion con adn (calf thymus) mediante metodos espectrofotometricos (uv-visible) y fluorescencia) y se han calculado constantes de enlace entre 10   y 10   m-1 y tama\u00f1os del sitio de enlace, n, entre 2.75 y 3 pares de bases, utilizando el modelo de mcghee y von hippel para el analisis de los datos.  se ha realizado asimismo un estudio estructural en profundidad de los compuestos sintetizados por metodos espectroscopicos (uv-visible, rmn y espectrometria de masas, fundamentalmente) y metodos teoricos (mecanica y dinamica molecular).  por ultimo se ha estudiado la actividad antitumoral y anti-vih de los compuestos sintetizados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Bis- y ciclo-bis-intercalandos: sintesis, estudio estructural e interaccion con el adn<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Bis- y ciclo-bis-intercalandos: sintesis, estudio estructural e interaccion con el adn <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Fernandez Saiz M.
