Este trabajo ha conducido al desarrollo de nuevas reacciones de carbo- y heterociclaci\u00f3n de alto orden y procesos consecutivos de complejos carbeno de fischer.   en el capitulo 1 se describe la reactividad de complejos alquenil- y alquinilcarbeno de fischer frente a 6-dimetilamino-1,4-diazapentafulveno. Los complejos alquenilcarbeno reaccionan con el diazapentafulveno a trav\u00e9s de una reacci\u00f3n de heterociclaci\u00f3n [6+3] dando lugar a dihidroimidazo[1,2-a]piridinas de forma regio- y diastereoselectiva. Por otra parte, los complejos alquinilcarbeno y 6-dimetilamino-1,4-diazapentafulveno dan lugar a una reacci\u00f3n de ciclaci\u00f3n [6+2] generando complejos carbeno con estructura de pirrolo[1,2-a]imidazol, que fueron posteriormente oxidados a los \u00e9steres correspondientes. Cuando esta reacci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo con eninilcarbenos los aductos formados pueden sufrir una reacci\u00f3n de ciclopentanulaci\u00f3n o de benzoanulaci\u00f3n conduciendo a sistemas heteropolic\u00edclicos.  en el capitulo 2 se presenta la reactividad de complejos carbeno de fischer \u00c2\u00bf,\u00edY-insaturados frente a 8-aril-8-azaheptafulvenos y 8-metoxiheptafulveno. Los complejos alquenilcarbeno reaccionan con 8-aril-8-azaheptafulvenos mediante ciclaciones [8+2] u [8+3] dependiendo de la naturaleza del sustituyente c\u00edY del ligando alquenilcarbeno. Por otra parte los complejos alquinilcabeno dan lugar a derivados de azaazuleno a trav\u00e9s de una reacci\u00f3n de heterociclaci\u00f3n [8+2] con 8-aril-8-azaheptafulvenos. Cuando se emplean complejos eninilcarbeno, se producen procesos consecutivos de ciclaci\u00f3n [8+2]\/ciclopentanulaci\u00f3n, o bien de ciclaci\u00f3n [8+2]\/ciclopentanulaci\u00f3n\/ciclaci\u00f3n [4+2] si la reacci\u00f3n se lleva cabo en presencia de un dien\u00f3filo. Por otra parte, se describe la s\u00edntesis de cicloheptaindoles altamente sustituidos a partir de 8-aril-8-azaheptafulvenos y complejos eninilcarbeno en presencia de isonitrilo o mon\u00f3xido de carbono por medio de un proceso de ciclaci\u00f3n [8+2]\/ciclaci\u00f3n [5+1]. Finalmente se presenta la ciclaci\u00f3n [8+2] regio- y diastereoselectiva de complejos alquenilcarbeno de fischer con 8-metoxiheptafulveno que permite acceder a biciclos fusionados c5-c7 conteniendo
