El hidroxiarseniato de cobalto presenta un comportamiento 3d antiferrom\u00e1gnetico influenciable por el campo aplicado y una componente metamagn\u00e9tica a bajas temperaturas. la sustituci\u00f3n del ani\u00f3n po43- por aso43- en el compuesto co2(oh)po4 conduce al incremento de los \u00e1ngulos de los orbitales magn\u00e9ticos que favorecen la frustraci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica, dando lugar a fases inconmensurables antiferromagn\u00e9ticamente ordenadas. los momentos magn\u00e9ticos de las fases inconmensurables co2(oh)aso4 y co2(oh)(po4)0.1(aso4)0.9 se disponen perpendicularmente al eje c en una estructura sinusoidal modulada a lo largo del eje b que evoluciona a fases conmensurables a campos magn\u00e9ticos superiores a 3 t. los resultados obtenidos han permitido abrir nuevas l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n en el campo del magnetismo de fosfatos y arseniatos minerales con estructura tipo olivino.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
