Concretamente, los m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis desarrollados son: &#8211; m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de componentes minoritarios (esteroles, tocoferoles, escualeno, eritrodiol y uvaol) en aceites vegetales. &#8211; m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de residuos de plaguicidas en alimentos vegetales. &#8211; m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de residuos de plaguicidas en extractos de carotenoides obtenidos por extracci\u00f3n con fluidos supercr\u00edticos a partir de excedentes de tomate &#8211; m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de residuos de plaguicidas que permita utilizar dos detectores selectivos simult\u00e1neamente. &#8211; m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de hidrocarburos polic\u00edclicos arom\u00e1ticos en aceite mineral. &#8211; m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de bifenilos
