Sin embargo, los datos funcionales en animales intactos son escasos. En este trabajo, usando drosophila melanogaster como especie modelo y un enfoque gen\u00e9tico, analizamos la recepci\u00f3n olfatoria in vivo. Se han estudiado 3 genes que codifican para productos intermedios de cada una de las cascadas, ip3k1, dnc y cngl. Todos ellos muestran expresi\u00f3n nativa en los \u00f3rganos receptores, incluyendo las neuronas receptoras olfatorias (orns). La sobreexpresi\u00f3n dirigida de cada uno de estos genes en las orns y en distintos subgrupos de c\u00e9lulas antenales afecta a la olfacci\u00f3n, tanto a nivel de \u00f3rgano receptor como de individuo entero. Todo ello sugiere un papel general de las cascadas de transducci\u00f3n del ip3 y camp en la recepci\u00f3n olfatoria de drosophila.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
