Vilaplana <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Null en este trabajo se analiza la presencia de la industria farmac\u00e9utica de capital alem\u00e1n en espa\u00f1a, desde sus primeras manifestaciones, en las d\u00e9cadas finales del siglo xix, hasta los a\u00f1os inmediatamente anteriores a la finalizaci\u00f3n de la segunda guerr a mundial; estudiamos el proceso de creaci\u00f3n de sus filiales en territorio hispano y la introducci\u00f3n de sus innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, en particular las relacionadas con la s\u00edntesis de medicamentos, a trav\u00e9s de los procedimientos patentados en nuestr o pa\u00eds; por \u00faltimo abordamos las consecuencias que, sobre la presencia en espa\u00f1a de la industria farmac\u00e9utica alemana, tuvo de la segunda gran guerra: bloqueo y expropiaci\u00f3n de los bienes de capital germano, tanto de las empresas filiales como de las  patentes registradas, un proceso que culmin\u00f3 en 1949.   summary      in this research we have analyzed the presence of the pharmaceutical industry of german capital in spain, from his first manifestations, in the final decades of century xix, to the  years immediately previous to the conclusion of world war ii; we study the process of creation of its branchs in hispanic territory and the introduction of its technological innovations, in particular the related ones to the chemical synthesis, thro ugh the procedures patented in our country; finally we approached the consequences that, on the presence in spain of the german pharmaceutical industry, it had of the second great war: blockade and expropriation of the germanic capital assets, as muc h of the filial companies as of the registered patents, a process that culminated in 1949.   palabras clave \/ key words: industria
