{"id":92251,"date":"2018-03-11T10:11:11","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:11:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efectos-de-la-inhibicion-de-la-aromatasa-p450-sobre-las-celulas-hipofisarias-positivas-a-prolactina\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:11:11","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:11:11","slug":"efectos-de-la-inhibicion-de-la-aromatasa-p450-sobre-las-celulas-hipofisarias-positivas-a-prolactina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/endocrinologia\/efectos-de-la-inhibicion-de-la-aromatasa-p450-sobre-las-celulas-hipofisarias-positivas-a-prolactina\/","title":{"rendered":"Efectos de la inhibici\u00f3n de la aromatasa p450 sobre las c\u00e9lulas hipofisarias positivas a prolactina"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Esther Montero Hern\u00e1ndez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Complementando a trabajos previos realizados en el departamento de anatom\u00eda e histolog\u00eda humanas de la facultad de medicina de la universidad de salamanca, hemos realizado un estudio que demuestra la s\u00edntesis de la aromatasa p450 en la hip\u00f3fisis de la rata mediante el empleo de t\u00e9cnica de hibridaci\u00f3n in situ.  hemos estudiado las hip\u00f3fisis de 10 ratas (5 machos y 5 hembras), y mediante el empleo de una sonda antisense marcada con biotina altamente espec\u00edfica para detectar el mrna de la aromatasa p450, hemos demostrado la s\u00edntesis de dicha enzima.  el segundo objetivo fue comprobar si el inhibidor de 2\u00aa generaci\u00f3n del enzima aromatasa p450, fadrozol, tiene alg\u00fan efecto sobre las c\u00e9lulas hipofisarias positivas a prolactina.  estudiamos entonces 25 hip\u00f3fisis de ratas macho adultas divididas en 5 grupos de tratamiento (sin tratamiento, 1 y 5 dosis de ssf como grupos control y 1 y 5 dosis de fadrozol como grupos de tratamiento), y estudiamos los cambios morfol\u00f3gicos y morfoplanim\u00e9tricos que tienen lugar en las c\u00e9lulas hipofisarias positivas a la prolactina tras los distintos tratamientos.   hemos comprobado que pr\u00e1cticamente no hay cambios en el grupo de ratas no tratadas y tratadas con ssf; sin embargo, tras el tratamiento con fadrozol comprobamos la disminuci\u00f3n en el n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas positivas a prolactina, as\u00ed como la disminuci\u00f3n en el tama\u00f1o del \u00e1rea celular y nuclear de dichas c\u00e9lulas.
