Las formulaciones se caracterizaron determinandose el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula, la carga superficial y la capacidad de protecci\u00f3n del adn frente a nucleasas. As\u00ed mismo, se evalu\u00f3 la eficacia de transfecci\u00f3n y la viabilidad celular in vitro en cultivos celulares y la capacidad de transfecci\u00f3n in vivo tras su administraci\u00f3n intravenosa en ratones balb\/c. Tambi\u00e9n se optimiz\u00f3 el proceso de liofilizaci\u00f3n y se llev\u00f3 a cabo un estudio de estabilidad a corto y medio plazo de las formulaciones liofilizadas. los resultados demostraron que la eficacia de transfecci\u00f3n in vitro depend\u00eda de la proporci\u00f3n de l\u00edpido cati\u00f3nico dotap en las slns y de la relaci\u00f3n dotap:adn utilizada para elaborar los complejos sln:adn. As\u00ed mismo, la capacidad de transfecci\u00f3n in vitro de los vectores depend\u00eda de la l\u00ednea celular, siendo menor en las c\u00e9lulas arpe-19 que en las hek293. Por otro lado, la incorporaci\u00f3n del p\u00e9ptido de penetraci\u00f3n celular sap en los vectores produce un incremento en el nivel de transfecci\u00f3n en las dos l\u00edneas celulares. Adem\u00e1s, es posible obtener slns liofilizadas estables durante 6 y 9 meses cuando se almacenan a 30 \u00c2\u00bac\/65%hr y 25 \u00c2\u00bac\/60%hr, respectivamente. Finalmente, este trabajo demostr\u00f3 que las slns son capaces de transfectar in vivo tras su administraci\u00f3n intravenosa en ratones balb\/c, dando lugar a la expresi\u00f3n de prote\u00edna
