agentes intercalantes y bisintercalantes de adn que presentan en su estructura el nucleo de y-carbolina.Inicialmente se ha centrado en la puesta a punto de un procedimiento para la obtencion de nuevos derivados de y-carbolinas mediante la reaccion de graebe-ullmann en un proceso \u00abone pot\u00bb utilizando la radiacion de microondas.Estos compuestos han constituido la base para la construccion de dos tipos diferentes de monointercalantes, por metilacion de las correspondientes y-carbolinas los primeros y por aminacion y posterior condensacion de westphal los segundos.El estudio preliminar de la interaccion de estos monomeros con adn, ha permitido la eleccion de los cromoforos que se han transformado en los correspondientes bisintercalantes por reaccion con cadenas de union de diferente tama\u00f1o y longitud previamente sintetizadas.Finalmente se ha llevado a cabo el estudio de la interaccin frente al adn por tecnicas espectrofotometricas uv-visible y viscosimetricas, que se
