La formaci\u00f3n de un complejo heterol\u00e9ptico entre un metal de transici\u00f3n y estas librer\u00edas se estudio con el objetivo de formar un catalizador capaz de inducir regioselectividad por reconocimiento molecular del sustrato de la reacci\u00f3n y enantioselectividad. El grupo dador de enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno puede ejercer entonces la funci\u00f3n de organocatalizador o de fijar el sustrato a una distancia determinada del centro activo del catalizador. Se demostr\u00f3 inicialmente que la acidez de un grupo dador de enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno influye sobre su potencial catal\u00edtico y su habilidad a acomplejar aniones. Tambi\u00e9n se demostr\u00f3 la compatibilidad de los enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno y de las interacciones metal-sustrato como activadores catal\u00edticos en estudios de
