La capacidad de aprender, los c\u00e1lculos masivamente paralelos, la robustez para la tolerancia a fallos, la suficiente simplicidad, el disponer de unos dispositivos computacionales, que pueden ser simulados en computadores convencionales y la capacidad para ejecutar c\u00e1lculos r\u00e1pidos son las principales ventajas, en la aplicaci\u00f3n de las redes neuronales artificiales, para la soluci\u00f3n de estas dificultades. Los modelos de redes neuronales artificiales, incluyendo su arquitectura y el proceso de entrenamiento para el an\u00e1lisis estructural, son presentados en este trabajo. El c\u00e1lculo masivamente en paralelo, precisi\u00f3n y la tolerancia a fallos de estas redes neuronales artificiales, fueron verificados por comparaci\u00f3n con el m\u00e9todo de kani (que se us\u00f3 como benchmark).
