Los derivados de pirido(1,2-a) y pirizazino(1,6-b)bencimidazolio obtenidos se han transformado en bis-sales mediante el empleo de cadenas de diamida de longitud y rigidez variables.  la capacidad intercalante y bis-intercalante de los compuestos preparados se estudio mediante espectrofotometria uv\/vis en presencia de adn determinandose la afinidad de estos sistemas sobre el adn y obteniendose algunos rasgos estructurales necesarios para que el proceso de intercalacion tenga lugar. El estudio se complemento con datos de datos de actividad biologica antitumoral \u00abin vitro\u00bb frente a celulas tumorales de colon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
