Esta metodolog\u00eda se ha empleado con \u00e9xito en la s\u00edntesis de alfa-furfurilaminas, que posteriormente se han empleado en la preparaci\u00f3n de los nuevos furil-amino\u00e1cidos. Dicha metodolog\u00eda se ha utilizado adem\u00e1s para la s\u00edntesis de una nueva 3-furilisoserina que puede emplearse para la generaci\u00f3n de nuevos taxanos. Los furil-amino\u00e1cidos sintetizados han servido como bloques de s\u00edntesis para la obtenci\u00f3n de nuevos peptidomim\u00e9ticos. As\u00ed, se han sintetizado carbopeptoides lineales que han presentado afinidad frente al arnribos\u00f3mico bacteriano. Tambi\u00e9n se ha sintetizado un carbopeptoide c\u00edclico con simetr\u00eda c3 que se presenta como una nueva plataforma molecular y que puede utilizarse para el reconocimiento de aniones. Finalmente, se ha desarrollado la s\u00edntesis eficaz de s-neofucop\u00e9ptidos que han mostrado afinidad frente a e- y p-selectinas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
