Purificacion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los objetivos eran: 1.- Comprobar la presencia a nivel estructural y ultraestructural de la proteinas citoesqueleticas tubulina, actina, miosina, vimentina, citoqueratina y desmina en tejido epitelial, tejido glandular, celulas intersticiales, foliculares y germinales del testiculo de triturus marmoratus marmoratus adulto en ciclo natural, realizando pruebas de western blot e inmunohistoquimicas para su observacion a microscopia optica y electronica. 2.- Determinar la especificidad de los anticuerpos utilizados por medio de western blot. Los resultados fueron los siguientes: 1.- la tubulina se localizaba en todos los tipos celulares y tejidos testiculares objeto de estudio, a excepcion del tejido epitelial. 2.- La actina se localizaba en todos los tipos celulares y tejidos testiculares estudiados.  3.- La miosina se localizaba en celulas epiteliales, germinales y tejido glandular, en todos los casos colocalizada con la actina. 4.- La vimentina se observaba en fibroblastos y celulas foliculares de cistos de espermatidas solo a nivel ultraestructural. 5.- La citoqueratina se localizaba en tejido epitelial y cabezas de espermatozoides.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Localizacion de proteinas citoesqueleticas durante la espermatogenesis del urodelo triturus marmoratus marmoratus.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Localizacion de proteinas citoesqueleticas durante la espermatogenesis del urodelo triturus marmoratus marmoratus. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Ramos Megias M.
