Luego se cuestiona sobre que factores interfieren en el ejercicio de la ense\u00f1anza y qu\u00e9 caracter\u00edsticas de la organizaci\u00f3n escolar, comprometen las acciones docentes para ejercer plenamente esta funci\u00f3n.  Surge as\u00ed, el inter\u00e9s por estudiar la autonom\u00eda en la actividad docente en la presente investigaci\u00f3n. Se inicia con una reflexi\u00f3n sobre el concepto de autonom\u00eda, apoyado en kant (2001 y 2005) y en investigaciones sobre el trabajo docente (contreras, 1997; enguita, 1995; silva y tunes, 1999; gauche, 2001; bueno, 1998; paro, 2001a; gauche y tunes, 2002; basso, 1998; tunes, 1981; arendt, 2004; freire, 1995; evans y fischer, 1992; wilson, 1993; garc\u00eda y porl\u00f3n, 1990; kirk, 1991; carvalho, 2002; tuettemann y punch, 1992; koestner y losier, 1996). A continuaci\u00f3n, se realiza un an\u00e1lisis de la legislaci\u00f3n sobre educaci\u00f3n en brasil, pues la reflexi\u00f3n anterior origin\u00f3 la cuesti\u00f3n de la influencia de las leyes en el trabajo aut\u00f3nomo. Se hizo una recogida de datos en dos etapas: primero, con observaciones y entrevistas, y despu\u00e9s, con cuestionarios donde se buscaba ilustrar la situaci\u00f3n de la autonom\u00eda seg\u00fan la visi\u00f3n del profesorado. Profundizamos algunos puntos observados en los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n: la democratizaci\u00f3n de la ense\u00f1anza &#8211; con una experiencia de escuela democr\u00e1tica, y la cuesti\u00f3n de la responsabilidad profesional docente sobre la ense\u00f1anza y sus resultados. En s\u00edntesis, este trabajo constituye una tentativa de apuntar hacia una acci\u00f3n docente m\u00e1s responsable y comprometida con el educando y la educaci\u00f3n en su
