En estos tipos de crecimiento se ha analizado la influencia de la temperatura, ph, concentracion inicial de sustrato organico, intensidad inicial de iluminacion y de la presencia del inhibidor de la fotosintesis dcmu.  la temperatura y ph optimos ha resultado 30 grados c. Y 6,5 para todos los crecimientos y condiciones ambientes utilizadas. El analisis de los posibles mecanismos de utilizacion de la luz sustrato organico llevan a proponer que en c. Mixotrofico la luz se utiliza para el mantenimiento celular y la fijacion fotosintetica del co2, en c. Fotoheterotrofico para mantenimiento celular y en c.Anaerobio es insuficiente siendo precisa la utilizacion del sustrato organico para tal fin.
