Para ello se optimizaran las condiciones de inoculo, volumen y concentraciones de esporas utilizadas. Una vez optimizadas las condiciones de inoculacion, se estudia el efecto de la agitacion y aireacion sobre la produccion del antifungico tanto en medio complejo como en medio minimo en fermentadores de 2 litros, observandose un efecto sobre la produccion de giomasa y del antifungico, por parte de la composicion del medio de cultivo y del grado de agitacion y aireacion.
