Esta neoplasia que ha sido clasificada como un tumor neuroectodermico primitivo con diferenciacion neuroblastica presenta una perfecta capacidad de crecimiento cuando se implanta en el espacio subcutaneo epicraneal de neonatos singenicos.  en una segunda fase de este estudio, se valoro la capacidad de biomodular el crecimiento tumoral mediante la administracion de 3 citoquinas como son la interleuquina, el interferon y el factor de necrosis tumoral.  en los resultados de esta segunda fase, se pudo comprobar que solo el factor de necrosis tumoral parecia mostrar un efecto antineoplasico sobre el tumor il7, llegando a la conclusion de que dicho efecto antitumoral, estaria mediado posiblemente a traves de un mecanismo inflamatorio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
