Para ello, se utiliz\u00f3 tanto activaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, como f\u00edsica, con el objetivo de obtener una gran variedad de carbones activos con distinta porosidad y qu\u00edmica superficial, para ser usados como catalizadores y soportes de catalizadores. los carbones activos se han utilizado en procesos de adsorci\u00f3n y cat\u00e1lisis. En este sentido, se ha estudiado la capacidad de los carbones activos obtenidos, para eliminar o reducir diferentes contaminantes atmosf\u00e9ricos como nox y so2 bajo diferentes condiciones experimentales, y se ha relacionado esta capacidad con las propiedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas de los mismos. finalmente, se han simulado los resultados obtenidos mediante diferentes modelos te\u00f3ricos que predicen el comportamiento de los carbones y catalizadores, bajo diferentes condiciones experimentales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
