El abordaje que se lleva a cabo es triple:   bloque i:  visualizaci\u00f3n de la transmisi\u00f3n sin\u00e1ptica en tiempo real en la uni\u00f3n neuromuscular de un rat\u00f3n transg\u00e9nico para la prote\u00edna de fusi\u00f3n sinaptophluorina (sph). Llevandose a cabo el an\u00e1lisis de los par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos de la exo- y endocitosis y an\u00e1lisis espacial de la liberaci\u00f3n de neurotransmisor en esta sinapsis neuromuscular. Por otro lado, utilizando t\u00e9cnicas independientes de imagen y electrofisiolog\u00eda, se ha realizado la detecci\u00f3n de la liberaci\u00f3n exocit\u00f3tica en la uni\u00f3n neuromuscular de este modelo animal.   bloque ii:  caracterizaci\u00f3n fenot\u00edpica y fisiopatol\u00f3gica mediante t\u00e9cnicas electromiogr\u00e1ficas del modelo murino de la amedr1 (atrofia muscular espinal con dificultad respiratoria tipo i) y, posterior estudio de la posible eficacia de un novedoso tratamiento para este tipo de enfermedad en el rat\u00f3n nmd, modelo de amerd1.  bloque iii:  estudio del papel funcional de la prote\u00edna vesicular csp\u00c2\u00bf en la uni\u00f3n neuromuscular del rat\u00f3n nulo para esta prote\u00edna, llevando a cabo estudios de la dependencia de calcio de la exocitosis mediante registros intracelulares en el m\u00fasculo elevador de la oreja del rat\u00f3n ko, para as\u00ed, observar las posibles alteraciones en la liberaci\u00f3n del neurotransmisor y
