La tesis presta especial atenci\u00f3n al caso de los procesos de contrataci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter p\u00fablico y a los procesos de contrataci\u00f3n llevados a cabo por organizaciones internacionales tales como la organizaci\u00f3n del tratado del atl\u00e1ntico norte (otan). La tesis se basa en la utilizaci\u00f3n combinada de las t\u00e9cnicas de investigaci\u00f3n de estudio de casos (case study) y de teor\u00eda fundamentada (grounded theory). Los conceptos te\u00f3ricos generados mediante estas t\u00e9cnicas indican que los sujetos involucrados en los procesos de selecci\u00f3n de proveedores entienden estos como procesos de cambio organizativo. En base a esto, la tesis propone un nuevo enfoque metodol\u00f3gico para la gesti\u00f3n integral de los procesos de selecci\u00f3n de proveedores. Adem\u00e1s, la tesis ofrece consejos \u00fatiles para investigadores que deseen llevar a cabo proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n sobre su propio entorno laboral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
