Se han utilizado complejos de iridio estabilizados por ligandos de tipo polipirazolilborato, en concreto los ligandos hidrotris(3,5-dimetilpirazolil)borato e hidrotris(3-mesitilpirazolil)borato. el objetivo fundamental del primer cap\u00edtulo de esta tesis doctoral es el estudio de la reacci\u00f3n de diversos \u00e9teres arom\u00e1ticos con complejos de ir(iii). En estos procesos, se produce la activaci\u00f3n m\u00faltiple de enlaces carbono-hidr\u00f3geno, la ruptura de enlaces carbono-ox\u00edgeno y la formaci\u00f3n de enlaces carbono-carbono, obteni\u00e9ndose como resultado complejos de tipo alqueno y carbeno. La observaci\u00f3n de estas especies ha permitido profundizar en el estudio de la tautomer\u00eda recientemente descrita por nuestro grupo entre complejos de tpir(iii) de tipo hidruro alqueno e hidruro alquilideno.  en el segundo cap\u00edtulo de esta tesis doctoral se ha llevado a cabo el estudio de la interacci\u00f3n del compuesto tpmsir(n2)  con diversas mol\u00e9culas org\u00e1nicas. Una parte de la reactividad encontrada para este compuesto consiste en la simple sustituci\u00f3n del n2 por diversas bases de lewis, tales como etileno, propeno o co. En otros casos, este precursor de iridio activa diversos enlaces carbono-hidr\u00f3geno en diferentes sustratos originando compuestos de interesantes estructuras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
