Dicho an\u00e1lisis se ha basado, por una parte, en la detecci\u00f3n de modelos intuitivos ya consolidados que operan frente a la adquisici\u00f3n de nuevos conocimientos, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n a la sensibilidad de tales modelos frente a variaciones contextuales o de representaci\u00f3n; por otra parte, se ha elaborado un esquema conceptual para cada uno de los niveles considerados, esquema conceptual nivelar (ecn), a partir de elementos propios o caracter\u00edsticos -metaf\u00f3ricos, simb\u00f3licos, preformales- y diferenciadores -finitistas e infinitistas, obstaculizadores, contradictorios-. Se incluye, asimismo, un an\u00e1lisis pormenorizado del lenguaje utilizado por los sujetos de la muestra con el fin de poner de manifiesto el papel articulador de los elementos metaf\u00f3ricos entre
