Estos intermedios sufren reacciones regioselectivas con nucle\u00f3filos o electr\u00f3filos sindo muy amplias sus posibilidades sint\u00e9ticas. En este proyecto se abordar\u00e1 la preparaci\u00f3n de an\u00e1logos heteroc\u00edclicos pentagonales en la serie del pirazol, isoxazol, oxazol y tiazol. La preparaci\u00f3n comprende, como s\u00ednteis convergente, dos fases: en la primera se efectuar\u00e1 la s\u00edntesis de los sistemas de benzopirazolona, benzoisoxazolona, benzoxazolona y benzotiazolona convenientemente sustituidos, mientras que, posteriormente, en la segunda tarea se realizar\u00e1 la incorporaci\u00f3n de bloques de aminas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
