<strong> Mar\u00eda  Elvira Luque Pardos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El campo de los isoflavonoides muestra un gran inter\u00e9s tanto desde el punto de vista qu\u00edmico, ante la posibilidad de modificaciones estructurales, como desde el punto de vista farmacol\u00f3gico, por sus posibles aplicaciones.  en este trabajo se ha planteado la s\u00edntesis de nuevos isoflavonoides derivados de daidze\u00edna y geniste\u00edna as\u00ed como la valoraci\u00f3n de su actividad vasorrelajante y afinidad estrog\u00e9nica. los resultados obtenidos han demostrado la utilidad del m\u00e9todo de s\u00edntesis de isoflavonas para la obtenci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples derivados que var\u00edan la posici\u00f3n de sus grupos funcionales en los anillos arom\u00e1ticos.  as\u00ed mismo se ha llevado a cabo la resoluci\u00f3n de mezclas rac\u00e9micas mediante hplc quiral de los enanti\u00f3meros sintetizados y la asignaci\u00f3n de configuraciones absolutas utilizando tanto medidas de rotaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica como medidas de dicro\u00edsmo circular.   se ha estudiado la actividad biol\u00f3gica de los compuestos sintetizados en vasorrelajaci\u00f3n mediante la t\u00e9cnica \u00abin vitro\u00bb de ba\u00f1o de \u00f3rganos y su afinidad por receptores estrog\u00e9nicos, mediante ensayos competitivos con sustancias marcadas isot\u00f3picamente.  se ha observado la influencia de las modificaciones estructurales en cada una de las actividades ensayadas y  se ha demostrado la implicaci\u00f3n de los receptores estrog\u00e9nicos de membrana en el proceso de
