Los trabajos presentados en esta tesis son sobre fen\u00f3menos din\u00e1micos i procesos evolutivos de virus de rna, de las redes catal\u00edticas que forman los hiperciclos i modelos generales de replciadores. M\u00e1s concretamente se han investigado las teor\u00edas de las cuasi-especies moleculares, utilizada para la modelizaci\u00f3n de poblaciones moleculares de rna. Los trabajos sobre el hiperciclo exploran diversos fen\u00f3menos previos al origen de la vida i a la aparici\u00f3n de la primera c\u00e9lula viva.   mediante el uso de modelos ecol\u00f3gicos, tanto te\u00f3ricos como computacionales. Se han estudiado la teor\u00eda de la reina roja para entidades replicadoras simples incorporando los mecanismos de reproducci\u00f3n y mutaci\u00f3n. Todos estos estudios estan relacionados con la evoluci\u00f3n prebi\u00f3tica i la ecolog\u00eda te\u00f3rica. Las herramientas utilizadas para el estudio de todos estos sistemas han sido los sistemas din\u00e1micos no lineales, b\u00e1sicamente las equaciones diferenciales, que permiten estudiar los atractores del sistema i la estabilidad de los puntos de equilibrio, como tambi\u00e9n determinar las transiciones entre estados asint\u00f3ticos mediante la teor\u00eda de
