Este enfoque nos permitir\u00e1 obtener sistemas que se autoorganizan para resolver un problema global.  en el desarrollo de esta tesis se plantea una metodolog\u00eda para la transformaci\u00f3n de un problema din\u00e1mico descentralizado al dominio del ceas y una segunda metodolog\u00eda de an\u00e1lisis de los resultados obtenidos, inspirada en aquellas que realizan en el campo de los sistemas complejos. Adem\u00e1s, se desarrolla una herramienta computacional denominada waspbed que permite definir, simular y analizar un problema planteado en el ceas.  en resumen, se propone un enfoque totalmente original a la resoluci\u00f3n distribu\u00edda de problemas de optimizaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda que abre un nuevo campo de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo con grandes perspectivas de
