Desarrollar la tecnica de preservacion multiorganica con solucion eurocollins y el alotrasplante multivisceral de higado, duodeno y pancreas en cerdos, sin inmunosupresion, tras la exenteracion del abdomen superior.  2. Analizar funcional y morfologicamente el modelo en su viabilidad con supervivencia, analiticas, biopsias convencionales, inmunohistoquimica y estudios endocrinos.  material y metodos: 90 cerdos raza large-white, de 20-40 kg, bajo anestesia general. Extraccion multiorganica en el donante con 3 litros de euro-collins a 4c. Implante ortotopico en el receptor bajo by-pass venovenoso, tras realizar gastrectomia, hepatectomia total, esplenectomia y duodenopancreatectomia total. Inmunohistoquimica frente a factor viii, insulina y glucagon en pancreas contro y trasplantado. Test de glucagon iv tras el trasplante.  grupos control: test de glucagon, inmunohistoquimica y pancreatectomia total en cerdos sanos.  resultados: 44 trasplantes con 18% de mortalidad intraoperatoria. Supervivencia a la 24 horas del 40%.  supervivencia maxima: 17 dias. Mortalidad debida en la mayoria de los casos a causas generales no relacionadas con el injerto. Pancreatitis aguda postoperatoria 3%.  excelente funcion hepatica. Reversion de la hiperglucemia de la pancreatectomia en 8 horas. Lesiones de preservacion, en su mayoria leves, en higado (64%), pancreas (32%) y duodeno (36%). No hubo diferencia entre el grupo control y los trasplantados en el test de glucagon ni en las tinciones con insulina, glucagon, factor viii: buena funcion del injerto desde el punto de vista endocrino y poca lesion endotelial por preservacion en el pancreas.
