En particular, los inhibidores de \u00c2\u00bf-glucosidasas tienen un gran inter\u00e9s como potenciales agentes terap\u00e9uticos en el tratamiento de la diabetes tipo ii, (ej.: Miglitol (n-2-hidroxietil-1-desoxinojirimicina), glyset, diastabol; glucobay), la obesidad, hepatitis b y c, enfermedades virales, asi como en el c\u00e1ncer. Se ha demostrado que la n-bencilaci\u00f3n de (+)-ent-conduraminas f-1 incrementa significativamente su actividad frente a la a-glucosidasa de levadura. En este trabajo, hemos intentado determinar el rol del sustituyente arom\u00e1tico en la actividad inhibidora de los derivados n-bencilados, aplicando la espectroscop\u00eda de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear por diferencia en la transferencia de saturaci\u00f3n (rmn-std). Este m\u00e9todo permite caracterizar las interacciones de un ligando al receptor usando peque\u00f1as cantidades de prote\u00edna (en el rango \u00c2\u00bfm), y es muy utilizado para mapear el epitopo enlazante del ligando a resoluci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica. Los protones del ligando que est\u00e1n en estrecho contacto con el sitio activo del receptor proteico experimentan una mayor transferencia de la saturaci\u00f3n que los protones que est\u00e1n
