Los agentes procoagulantes se a\u00f1adieron tambien combinadamente. Se recogieron muestras de los medios a distintos tiempos, en las que analizamos tpa funcional y antigenico, upa antigenico y pai-1 funcional y antigenico. Con las heparinas analizamos ademas mediante enzimografia en placa de fibrina.  los agentes procoagulantes produjeron efectos similares:  elevacion temprana de tpa funcional y upa, con una caida posterior coincidente con un aumento de actividad pai, con lo que se inhibe la capacidad fibrinolitica endotelial; estos agentes tuvieron efecto aditivo. La heparina no fraccionada potencio la fibrinolisis endotelial reduciendo los niveles de pai y aumentando los de upa, mientras que la heparina fraccionada pierde su capacidad de reducir la liberacion de pai, lo que se manifiesta en un aumento en los complejos tpa\/pai-1, revelado por enzimografia.
