Se combinan el an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo y el cualitativo para dar respuesta a este objetivo. Los resultados obtenidos al tomar datos mediante el cuestionario mslq (motivated strategies learning questionarie; pintrich y cols 1991), administrado al mismo grupo de sujetos antes y despu\u00e9s de la intervenci\u00f3n, mostraron un avance desde estrategias m\u00e1s memor\u00edsticas de aprendizaje a otras m\u00e1s elaborativas, as\u00ed, como un aumento en el trabajo colaborativo entre el alumnado. Respecto a los procesos de pensamiento, se produjo un aumento espec\u00edfico de la variable pensamiento cr\u00edtico, en los alumnos que han  seguido la nueva metodolog\u00eda, apoyada por las tic (tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n). Los procesos motivacionales tambi\u00e9n variaron su estatus,  especialmente los referidos al inter\u00e9s y valor que los estudiantes adjudican a las tareas acad\u00e9micas que realizan. Para ahondar m\u00e1s en la descripci\u00f3n de los cambios y comprender por qu\u00e9 se produjeron, se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas que fueron analizadas de forma cualitativa. Esta investigaci\u00f3n enmarcada dentro del paradigma investigaci\u00f3n- acci\u00f3n, concluye que las tic son una herramienta clave para desarrollar comunidades de pr\u00e1ctica, que permiten nuevas formas de comunicaci\u00f3n entre profesores y alumnos lo que supone una reorganizaci\u00f3n en profundidad de la gesti\u00f3n docente.   palabras clave: virtualizaci\u00f3n; formaci\u00f3n del
