Sin embargo, una de las propiedades m\u00e1s notoria e interesante de este tipo de materiales, sea tal vez, la extrema dependencia de sus propiedades f\u00edsicas en funci\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, en particular, con el contenido real de nitr\u00f3geno.  tradicionalmente, la mayor parte de las investigaciones han estado orientadas al estudio de nitruros termodin\u00e1micamente estables: gan, inn. Actualmente, se esta prestando m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a los nitruros metaestables, como el cu3n que a una determinada temperatura, relativamente baja, se descompone en n2 y cu. en este trabajo se presenta un estudio sistem\u00e1tico y minucioso realizado en pel\u00edculas delgadas de nitruro de cobre depositadas mediante pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica (dc-sputtering). En primer lugar se estudia la influencia de la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica en sus propiedades estructurales, \u00f3pticas y semiconductoras. Posteriormente se estudiar\u00e1 su estabilidad t\u00e9rmica a temperaturas inferiores a la de su descomposici\u00f3n, observ\u00e1ndose que a temperaturas tan bajas como 100\u00c2\u00bac se produce una segregaci\u00f3n de fases relacionada con la migraci\u00f3n del nitr\u00f3geno. Por \u00faltimo, se modifican las propiedades f\u00edsicas del material mediante la irradiaci\u00f3n de haces con iones pesados, observ\u00e1ndose un aumento de la reflectividad en funci\u00f3n de la
