In this doctoral thesis we present the characterization of the complexes formed intracellularly by the influenza polymerase in human cells. The three subunits of the polymerase were co-expressed in human cells and the intracellular complexes were purified by the tap approach, which involves igg-sepharose and calmodulin-agarose
