Por esta razon, uno de los principales objetivos de la quimica terapeutica es el dise\u00f1o y sintesis de estructuras eficaces en el tratamiento de estas enfermedades.  numerosos tipos de compuestos han demostrado una gran utilidad terapeutica en distintos transtornos que incluyen schock cardiaco, hipertension, glaucoma trombosis entre otros. Por la gran diversidad estructural que muestran estos farmacos su mecanismo de accion es muy variado, pero a pesar de ello, todos deben presentar una serie de caracteristicas: selectividad, buena biodisponibilidad por via oral y larga duracion de accion.  se propone el dise\u00f1o y la sintesis de nuevos derivados de amina con potencial actividad a nivel del sistema cardiovascular, a partir de un dise\u00f1o racional de las estructuras propuestas.
