Ello es debido en parte, a que son independientes de factores espec\u00edficos de hu\u00e9sped y por tanto hay menos barreras que les impiden transponerse en sistemas de distinto filum. en este trabajo, se ha generado un sistema doble transposasa-transpos\u00f3n basado en el mutante c9 del elemento mariner himar1, originario del insecto haematobia irritans y que requiere la expresi\u00f3n de su transposasa y sus tirs (\u00abterminal inverted repeats\u00bb) funcionales para transponerse. la transposasa himar1c9 se ha reconstruido, optimizado para la traducci\u00f3n en arroz y expresado en oryza sativa bajo el promotor camv35s. Bas\u00e1ndonos en los tir de himar1 se han construido elementos m\u00f3viles de distinto tama\u00f1o a partir de un transpos\u00f3n original que contiene un gen reportero y un gen de selecci\u00f3n para realizar marcaci\u00f3n de genes. con nuestros ensayos se demuestra, por primera vez, que un sistema doble transposasa-transpos\u00f3n, basado en la transposasa himar1, es funcional en plantas. Se ha generado una nueva herramienta molecular que puede ser muy efectiva para estudiar el genoma de los vegetales mediante gen\u00e9tica reversa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
