<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la simulaci\u00f3n monte carlo del transporte de electrones en aceleradores lineales, tienen un importante papel las interacciones el\u00e1sticas m\u00faltiples, responsables principales de la dispersi\u00f3n del haz.  el objetivo de esta tesis es evaluar la capacidad de los c\u00f3digos de simulaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s utilizados en el rango de energ\u00edas de la radioterapia, con especial atenci\u00f3n a los c\u00f3digos geant y penelope, para simular la dispersi\u00f3n en los elementos y materiales interpuestos en el trayecto del haz y analizar la influencia que estas diferencias pueden tener en algunos observables dosim\u00e9tricos en situaciones cl\u00ednicas realistas.  en el cap\u00edtulo 1 se describe el acelerador utilizado en nuestra investigaci\u00f3n, los procedimientos de medida de los haces de electrones y las caracter\u00edsticas de los c\u00f3digos monte carlo utilizados.   en el cap\u00edtulo 2 se estudia la dispersi\u00f3n de haces de electrones en l\u00e1minas delgadas de medios materiales densos, prestando atenci\u00f3n a las distribuciones angulares resultantes.   en el cap\u00edtulo 3 se analiza la dispersi\u00f3n de electrones en espesores de aire de las dimensiones t\u00edpicas en un acelerador de electrones de uso cl\u00ednico.   el cap\u00edtulo 4 se dedica a la sintonizaci\u00f3n y simulaci\u00f3n del cabezal del acelerador.   en el cap\u00edtulo 5 se comparan los resultados de la simulaci\u00f3n con las medidas obtenidas en dos situaciones experimentales en las que la dispersi\u00f3n m\u00faltiple
